I just love the quiet moments I get to have with my kids during the day. I love watching them interact lovingly with each other. Rosen is our little mother and she is such a big help with her sister and brother.

Smarty Pants
We went to Red Robin when Nathan's brother Justin came into town for a week. Rosen has always wanted to say hi to the mascot but always chickened out at the last minute. This time she mustered up the courage and afterwards she said to me, "Mommy I think there's a man in there. I think its just a costume." She surprises us every day with the things she understands.

Rosen's first haircut
Well Nathan finally conceded and let me give Rosen a hair cut. It was getting so long that she was sitting on it and it was getting hard to manage. I ended up cutting of about 4-6 inches. Nathan made sure to keep a large sample of it for her memory box. :)

Rosebowl 2009
This year Oregon made it to the Rosebowl and this family couldn't have been more excited. As you can see we got all "ducked" out for the event and invited Nathan's parents to join us for the big game. They graciously endured it (not sports fans but they know how important is was to Nathan). Unfortunately our Ducks lost.
